Im the Fat kid that got gunned down after being dumb towards the end of the match....
Im not sure why that practice got so heated, for those that were there, I wasnt involved in any confrontations, but i was more trying to break things up so that there werent any fights that would blacken anyones name.
Purdue is a very respectable team, I have alot of respect for those guys. Some questionable things went on, but what can you expect when there are no referees and no penalties. The final score of the match was 8-5 according to our book we were keeping score in. As far as running down the clock goes...the clock ran down for MAYBE 1-2 minutes..we won the last 2 points of the match(at the time it was 5-5..we hung the flag to make it 6-5, and then won the next two) so I am not sure if it would have mattered if those 2 minutes were back up regardless. As far as you all trying out new players, we did not have anyone who normally plays the snake, nor did we have 3 of our best players from Kentucky,so I think that is null in void.
The guy from Farside, was a very good player, the guys from TK at the field, were very good players. Several of Purdues guys..were very good players, it speaks volumes regarding there record in the NCPA. That is the reason we came out to Attica to practice you all.
For those who werent there, please dont comment based on what you have heard from others. From my standpoint, although it was a bit heated, it was a great practice, I really feel like we got a lot out of it.
To Kyle, sorry about the confusion..it happens..
and now on to you my friend..mr evilballer1
youve blacked our name 10 to many times..please stop posting in any thread pertaining to our team ever again.
As far as the HK support goes...Some members of the team, have at LEAST made the acquaintance of several members of the team..including myself...
Im not exactly sure where we got the cheating rep from...but we obviously arent doing something right, if someone would like to enlighten me as to which game they played in where they expierienced this...please do so in a PM
What you dont see in the videos, is the post match conversations that I myself and several others had with some members of the team. It was simply miscommunication and flaring tempers in the heat of a close game..it happens.
It may not have seemed like it during the match..but for those of you who saw me after the match, you would know that I have a lot of respect for Purdue
Thats really all I have to say, and if the matter still needs to be discussed, please keep it out of this thread and contained to PM or AIM...
On behalf of our team, I would like to APOLOGIZE to everyone playing with Purdue for the issues caused. I would however like to point out that we were not at fault entirely, and I would hope for the same response from a representative of someone who was there..
