I think you should just go that extra step and go for a cheap electro like an imp or a bushy. I PERSONALLY would just take a break to save up. I do it from time to time.

You can also look around the house for things to sell. In only 10 minutes I found stuff that I have sold for over 200 bucks on here and on ebay. Plus I just sold one of my guns for 500.

So there should be a nice little something to cash in for some cash.

The problem with the EM1 is that he will have to run a nitro tank with it, good luck running CO2 on it.

the Draguns looks like interesting guns, but if you wanna get a cheap gun with an electro trigger frame id go with the flash.

and if you wanna go for a higher end (yet cheap in price) get an Impulse, they will run CO2 great, all around excelent guns.

also i wouldnt count out the autococker.

Get the 98 they have a decent rate of fire, good after market support, and they are built to last.

It, of course, can be done. You may not believe this, but a group of guys run an angel off of co2. Why, you ask? Simply because there is nowhere to fill n2 tanks. Also, I think they just wanted to prove it to themselves that it can be done.

I say save up and get a higher end gun.
Perhaps an Autococker. They're damn good guns and they're pretty cheap. And you can always add to it sixways from Sunday when you get more cash.

I don't own one yet, bought a Mag instead when i did upgrade from my Spyder, but i plan on purchasing one. I'm still gonna hang onto my mag though. It's also and great gun.

I started off with a Compact 2000 and realized i wanted a better one real quick. I was looking at the M98's but opted to spend the extra cash. Glad i did too. You'd be much happier.

I run my mag on CO2. It runs beautiful with an Expansion Chamber and anti-syphon. I had a remote and it helped too, only it got in my way alot. A cocker would have an even easier time with CO2.

Buying a Spyder (or Spyder clone) and slapping on an electro trigger isn't worth it. It's still a cheapass gun.

Whatever you plan on buying, make sure you try it out first. See if you like it. Make sure you've thought it through. There's alot of guns out there.
