Moisture inside thermal lens

Somehow, I don't know how, a little water got inside the two thermal layers of my lens. it's still totally sealed, but there's water inside and a little foggy. What is the best way to get it out? Sunlight? Heat lamp?

Eh, may need to unseal it so the moisture can escape, then take a blow dryer on warm, low blow directly in there (unsealed side up so it evaporates out). How it got in there is the bigger problem; moisture may just make its way in there again.

I had water get in my lens once when I was cleaning my mask. I just sat mine in direct sunlight for a day and it dried it up
