M3 or E-2 whats the differance?

Whats the differance between the M3 black draguns and the Pi E-2?

I have been looking around for a while and i was wonder what the differance is between these two. I know M3 has many differant models of the Black Dragun such as their sniper and stars and stripes models. are these just mods of the old black dragun or are they actually the new Pi E-2 with diferrant names?

I think the biggest difference between the M3 products and the PI BDs is that M3 offers multimode trigger frames, whereas PI only has semi mode in the E-2.
