the number one tip is to not be intimidated, and just play.

try doing a real paintball practice that involves running drills, snake drills, bunker drills, my friend trained with this guy that was on ironman once, and he told me they did some crazy work out stuff

This game is all about points, just keep your head in it and keep those points in mind. For 5 man, keep an eye on the clock and be aggressive. Don't sit. 5 man PSP plays on the same fields as the 10 man so you'll have to have your back guys on the mid bunkers and fill the 50 when you drop bodies. Keep the 50 and break their zones when the clock winds down. Make sure you don't lose bodies over stupid moves because those are points. Its a big tournament, don't let those little screw ups that are blown off in practice keep you out of a spot on Sunday.

Good luck.
