It has a timer, it is new, has a different look. What's the point of buying a cocker if a mag can shoot just as fast? It's personal preference.

Well, some people just have to have the new things that come out =). j/k

It's because with each shot fired, the paddles inside spin so there is always going to bea ball ready to be fire. i don't think I have heard anything bad about the rico.

However, for the VL revolution, there is an eye and when the eye doesn't see a ball then it starts spinning. Some of the newer version of the revolution (post B.E.) have had a pause when the neck is empty and then the paddles starts to move then causing the ball more likely to chop.

Don't forget the Deflection Technology!

I'll be trying out my new Rico on my Shocker this weekend!

1st thoughts: Cool, but loud! Ugh! I might not even notice it eventually. At first I thought my X-Wind fan was loud, now I don't even notice it during a game.

Played 2 speedball games and about 6 woods games this weekend with my new Rico.

Can't speak about "bouncers" because my Rico must have some sort of force field because it NEVER even got hit!

The timer worked great. It fed fine. The sound was not annoying. The ball counter might need some work, but there's different modes on how it counts.

Overall, it's got me thinking about selling my 9v Rev.

I personaly beleive the deflection thing isnt entirely crap. I havnt seen a paintball ever bounce of a revvy. I have seen them bounce of my fence when they hit it at a steep angle. Also the revvys feed in bursts and will skip a shot every once in a while.
