Tips for walking your trigger

well i was jsut wondering what tips we could get going on how to get the fastest rates of fire out of your gun and tips for training your fingers. i'll start it off:

-if you warm up your fingers before you play they do move faster
-when at school or work, take a penicl or pen and place it between you index finger and your thumb, hold it on the edge of your desk and "walk" your pencil.

chrono range...or practice first...but its not the rate of fire, its the accuracy...just wasting paint and practicing to waste paint isnt good strategy
