i think that you should learn how to control your gun first. when you spray and pray you probably dont even look were your shooting(i know this cause i did this for a while). start off keeping the bps low and learn how to shoot fast.

My pump helped me become a much better player. Now I own an angel, but i still occasionally use it, and i do hold my own at the 50 at my local speedball fields. This would be against fairly good people with angela and other good guns like that.

The pump forces you to make every shot count, and what good is 14 bps if its not aimed at the target? Long live the pump guns

I used to be a die-hard semi user..

I bought a phantom earlier in the year, and now I would almost rather play stock class against the semis. I still have my cocker though, and usually when I play with it, I carry a 110 round hopper on it plus one pod to conserve paint. I guess this is comparable to playing pump. I know that it has helped me at least on the rec fields.

Nope it doesnt help, there is a different mentality when playing with a pump. I just got my phantom this weekend, and times when I would snap someone out I just go bunker them.
