for me, i've had to take the grip off, remove the hose/noid cover, then tap out that pin that holds the trigger. aside from that cover, i didn't have to remove the solenoid. then i found out that the top screw was too loose so i put in a drop of blue loctite and now it holds perfectly to teh adjustments that i made.
and the marker turns on after holding the power button for about 4-5 secs.
