9v and 12v difference

The title says it all. I'm planning on getting a new hopper next weekend, and I was wondering what the dif is. Because I'm Canadian the price difference is $30

Batteries: 12v has 2, 9v has 1
Speed: 12v is faster
Paddles: 12v has 4, 9v has 2

the 12 volt is worth the extra money

Totally agreed. But, I would also recommend getting the X-Board. They are only like 10 bucks. It kills the delay time on the non pre-brass eagle 12v's.

Also, you might want to cut down the paddles a little bit on the 12v because they sometimes tend to hit the walls of the hopper thus slowing them down slightly.

yeah, 12v is definitely worth the extra money.

and you can bend the paddles if you don't feel comfortable cutting them, too.

Yeah, I prefer cutting them and then burning the ends to not make it too sharp. Bending works well, but you never know when or if they are going to bend back, ya know.

definently go with the 12v. I have a 9v right now, and really wish i would have gone for the extra 10 bucks. I recently saw them online somewhere for 44 bucks

Ive been using my 9 volt for about 3 years. I have the "Ballwhacker" mod. I used it on my Bushy and 3 other cockers. I think the 12 is a gimmic, all it does is spin the balls faster, it's not dropping them down the hole for you. Never had a prob with my 9. Plus its nice to only use one battery, lighter too.

I ran a 12v, 9v, Ricochet, X-Board Rev, and Halo test all next to eachother with the same amount of balls.

The Halo obviously came in first, then the X-Board Rev, then the 12v and Ricochet were extremely close, leaving the 9v way behind.

The 12v absolutely demolished the 9v in feeding time.

Don't get the Halo. I didn't even last one damn day with the thing. As soon as the day was over I was just like "I'm silling this crap."

First off you have to sand the feed neck down for a good 40 minutes until it fits your highrise, elbow, whatever. The thing is pretty heavy, but I'm not the type to ***** about that. Since it gets really top heavy, the gun gets uneven sometimes.

Also, the most aggrivating problem was the breaking. Since the balls are forced through the whole, it jams and breaks the damn balls. A real asz to clean, too.

Got $100 bucks for mine on e-bay. I bought it for like $110. At least I got most of my money back.

I use my x-board on warp feed. Works like a damn charm.
