Question Conquest Rebuild Help!

Hey, lovin my Conquest but it's about time for me to rebuild my reg and upgrade to the 008 mod as well. The instructions included say to lube the piston O-rings but does that include the on/off O-ring? Also in a spare rebuild kit i bought with my 008 mod, there's a large ball bearing and a red plastic part. Where do these go?
