could anyone tell me how in insert skinz, i tried checking to dpb site and its down... again.

ok i tried downloading dpb about 25463246 times, and everytime it never worked....i can never get it to work...do i have to save it to a certain folder to be able to play it....please help me, maybe im skipping a step when downloading it

k i just downloaded dpb and everything installed it to the steam folder and what not, but when i launch it, it goes to the grey dpb window with some music, and stays there, when i pres CtrlAltDelete, it says its not responding. it does this everytime i open it.

hmm
ok i downloaded 2.2 but when i go to install it it starts the intal shield and then a window pops up and says steam not found. unable to get install path. does anyone know wtf is up?

wow its not that compilcated..
when u download a skin extract it and from there cut the file.. it should be named like 'v_timmy' 'or 'timmy skin' ok so if u want this skin to take the place of your bushmaster or any gun you chose, you go to C:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/[you email]/HL/dpb/skins(or models idk)/ and delete the file name 'v_bushmaster(i think thats what the bushmaster file name is called)' or 'v_timmy' and simply rename the file name you downloaded to the file that you just deleted. open dpb there you go. now was that so hard?

extract the DPB when u dl'ed it to c:/programfiles/steam(or valve/steam/)[your email or account name]/HL/ |

ok no one answered this question and i have the same problem i have half-life2 cs-s hl-dm but dp still wont work so i gave up and tryed to buy the half-life game off of steam and it wont let me buy please help

ok i cant get it to work, i dled hl2 and steam and the mod. i read the faq on where to save it and saved it there, but theres more folders beyond what you said. Can someone get the exact place they saved theirs? (copy and past) thanks
