Question Freak System or Multiple Barrels?

Alright, I have heard a lot of people say LAPCO Barrels are the way to go with an Excalibur. Apprently LAPCO works great with LP markers. I figured I was going to pick up an Autospirit, Bigshot, a Boomstick, and have the Javelin sized to .690. That would cover me from .687-.690. Or would you all say screw that and go with the Freak System. Thanks.

leave your javelin at .684, and get a bigshot (.689) and autospirit (.686) and your set

I'd pick the freak...

Just because I've had some really wild fluctuations in paint size, and now I don't have to worry about getting a decent paint-barrel match when I play.

I still get very good-excellent efficiency, plus the freak can work with all my guns, just have to buy a new back.

I had a freak. I hated it. It was nowhere near as accurate or consistant as a boomstick. Now I just have 3 barrels, Javelin, 688 boomstick and a 692 boomstick.

The javelin is .686?! Damn, that is small. Well, I guess I got the ultra small barrel covered. I think I am going to go with the LAPCOs and I will eventually get around to buying a boomstick. Now all I have to do is find a good place to anodize and mill my Excal. I am thinking Splat Attack.

Go with the freak!! If i had known better i would have, it's 180-200, and it's 8 barrels. Besides Lapco may be good w/ lp guns, but SP makes Lp guns, that's alot of p's.

I'd go with a nice set fo 1 piece barrels. I severly dislike 2 piece or stepbore barrels. Cobra makes some nice barrels (for cocker and Angel only). CP 1 pieces are nice (though their nickel plating is poor in some batches), Lapco is excellent, and I've heard much praise about J&J ceramics.

Don't get a freak. I own all of the multi barrel systems except for the ACI Phat system. And from what I've noticed you don't need them. The Freak isn't all what it is hyped up to be. I just got one and it isn't that impressive. The sleeves aren't even polished right. Just get a set of boomers and you are good to go. Don't mess with changing bores and matching. Just get the boomers you won't regret it.

Just to make sure...

That you would agree that a Bigshot, Autospirit & Javelin would be far better than buying a Freak Barrel system? I can get either barrel set, I'd just **** to confirm this-

By the way, I bought my Excal w/ out a javelin(sucks)so where is the best place to buy one?

Thanx!

Censored? PM if you are having problems.

I use an assortment of Boomsticks with my Javelin. My Javelin is a .684. Aaron said they may start making them .688 in the future.
