For starters, it's gonna mark up the inside. It's inevitable with a metal bolt. On the plus side, annodizing is rather tough, but get any dirt in there and your beach is gonna pay big time.
Now assuming that Delrin or Nylatron bolts for cockers fit the bore of the breach, it would be a minor alteration to the bolt to drill another cocking pin through the top. You would have to measure where the inlet hole of the stock bolt lines up with the inlet hole of the cocker bolt and drill the hole in the top where the stock bolt is drilled. Also, the front end of the cocker bolt might be a bit too far forward. That will cause the bolt to push the ball much farther down the breach than it was designed for. That might also trip the eye up a bit.
It seems to me that the O3 is quite a bit shorter than a standard cocker body, so a turtle cocker bolt might have a better fit. If I remember correctly that turtle cockers have a linkage rod that goes up from the bottom, also a bigger advantage because you might not have to drill the bolt.
Just some thoughts on what might be trouble areas.
*Edit* I just wanted to add, as long as you don't drill your marker or something that goofy, it probably wouldn't hurt your marker if you modified the bolt you wanted to use.
