O3 Mech

hey guys I was wondering if I could get some insight on the O3 mech I was thinking about getting one . I also have a couple of noob questions
1 it says autococker compatible does that in turn means that it accepts any autococker bolt made of delrin, ect.
2 do dye stickies fit it
3 are the bottomline and regulator the old dragun fittings or are they standard finally? ( in other words to chand the regulator you would have to get a new bottomline and fittings...)
thanks
4 does the eblade fit?

1. Believe so, not sure....I believe there is a difference in pre 2k bolts and those made after 2k....but I'm sketchy on cockers

2. Yes, stickies fit

3. Standard fittings

4. Eblade fits

1. No, the cocking pin is on the tops side, as opposed to the left/right side of standard cockers. Therefore regular cocker bolts won't fit without drilling a new hole.

2. I belive so, but don't quote me on that one.

3. They were supposed to be standard, just like they were supposed to come with delrin bolts. Either way you can get an adaptor for cheap.

4. Yes, Eblades fit.

I was under the impression that it did come with a delrin bolt in it if is doesn't than what are you supposed to do to keep from marring the inside?

For starters, it's gonna mark up the inside. It's inevitable with a metal bolt. On the plus side, annodizing is rather tough, but get any dirt in there and your beach is gonna pay big time.

Now assuming that Delrin or Nylatron bolts for cockers fit the bore of the breach, it would be a minor alteration to the bolt to drill another cocking pin through the top. You would have to measure where the inlet hole of the stock bolt lines up with the inlet hole of the cocker bolt and drill the hole in the top where the stock bolt is drilled. Also, the front end of the cocker bolt might be a bit too far forward. That will cause the bolt to push the ball much farther down the breach than it was designed for. That might also trip the eye up a bit.

It seems to me that the O3 is quite a bit shorter than a standard cocker body, so a turtle cocker bolt might have a better fit. If I remember correctly that turtle cockers have a linkage rod that goes up from the bottom, also a bigger advantage because you might not have to drill the bolt.

Just some thoughts on what might be trouble areas.

*Edit* I just wanted to add, as long as you don't drill your marker or something that goofy, it probably wouldn't hurt your marker if you modified the bolt you wanted to use.

4 does the eblade fit?
1. it will accept autococker compatible bolts that are topcocking. Also I don't know why you would want to change it since it is already a black delron/nylatron bolt.

2. yes, dye stickies should fit on the grip frame

3. the holes are mounted in the same place. be careful though the 03mech has metric threads even though the 10/32 screws we americans use will fit the screw holes it is VERY easy to strip the thread holes. Use the M5-.8x30mm metric screws these are the right screws for the marker.

4. YES, the eblade does fit the o3mech. You will need to modify the o3mech eye cover to make it fit though. Here is a picture of my o3mech with eblade on it. See the modification of the cover? Otherwise the grip will be in the way and the cover will not fit.

The o3 mech does not have holes drilled for break beam eyes. It has one hole drilled for reflective eyes since the body is the same as the o3 electro- I know I have both guns. Also the eblade does not support break beam eyes. However the eblade 2 will support break beam eyes and they will be released in september. If you want break beam eyes then you need to have someone drill holes on the left side of the gun to accomidate both eyes.
