Better education? What great scientific discoveries have come about from Cuba's scientists? What life saving drugs? What bestselling books? even if they did have better education, its not like itll do any good in a communist regime anyway.

Mark my words people, if Kerry wins, we will invade Cuba to seize control of the Cuban tomato fields. Kerry will claim that the Cuban ketchup money will fund the reconstruction, but most of that money will get diverted to no-bid contracts held by the Heinz Corp.
This is the future as I see it.
oh and uh, btw, Castro has bioweapons program related activities. We have good intelligence that the Heinz foundation is providing Castro biological weapons precursors in the form of single serving ketchup packets.
