Pretty sure that is ww1. anyways band of brothers is also great. As far as ww2 movies go there is patton, saving private ryan, the thin red line, flags of our fathers, letters from iwo jima, enemy at the gates and windtalkers. Those are some recently made (minus Patton) good ww2 movies

I'm goin out to pick up a few movies in a bit I need some opinions on if these are good rentals

Hannibal Rising - I Loved Silence of the Lambs and Red Dragon, but not hannibal so much.

Pan's Labyrinth (sp) - Never heard anything about it before but I've seen it at the store. Yay or Nay?

The Breed - Wes Craven movie -- I hated The people under the stairs and The serpent and the rainbow so I don't have high hopes for this one.

All I can think of at the moment.

Freedom Writers, just watched it.

It's one of those MTV "inspiration" movies, but i thought it was pretty decent. Plus the soundtrack is pretty good.

just watched these
Blow=could be one of my favorite movies of all time
Pans Labryininth=wow, completely different from what i thought it would be and i didnt like it at all
Fear and loathing in Las Vegas=you have to watch it twice to fully understand and enjoy, but still a sweet movie
Smokin aces=more plot holes then bullet holes, but still somewhat entertaining.
tigerland=decent, kinda funny but the story was pretty bad
Football Factory=****ing amazing, better then greenstreet hooligans IMO
letters from Iwo Jima=it was decent, kind of confusing to remember everyones names and what they looked like, but it had some excellent scenes.

Does anyone know a decent semi-horror movie? (The people I'm going to chill with hate 'full-blown' horror movies. )
