good idea on the defamation thing. The queers have one that is called GLAAD. We should have Paintballers Alliance Against Defamation. That would be awsome.

Well I sent them too feedbacks, one pissed off angry one. Then thinking they wouldn't post it because it included swears; I wrote another "nicer" one. It is very irritating though that they won't post them. I bet if somebody posted something against paintball they would post it. But hey what can you do? You can't control there website.

I was just thinking, its their web site so they can do whatever they want but if they're not going to be credible than everyone needs to know that so they can regard their articles as pure bull****. If they don't post our replies I say we mount a campaign to de-credify their little small town piece of **** newspaper. Anyone with me?!?!?!?!?!

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, does anyone know where this Clinton town is located? I looked over the site for a while and coulnd't find any references to what state it is in, just wondering......

Guys, I read a previous article there. Go to the advanced search and look up paintball from like all days adn crap. Some of the peoples views are actually relevent. I wouldnt like to live 300 feet from a paintball place. You would hear guns shooting and screaming all the time. I think that is the only thing that one of those people were right about.

Yeah I Voiced my opinion. I wasn't to impressed. I told them One thing They aren't guns they are markers there for they aren't considered a weapon. We do it For sport not how to practice to kill. This has been discused years and years ago when the sport started. I told them Parents do me a favor and grow up.

I really Don't see what there problem is. If they feel like B|tching about something go B|tch about rugby or Football. A Ton of people do that they are "Practicing" Beating the living §hit out each other.

well i gave them a piece of my mind........

THis is what i replied back to them:

OK im sorry but im a Ameture paintball player at age 16 and I am sick and tired of you media, bull****ting on how it makes us paintball players wanna go out and kill people. Because it "so called" is military alike and thats bull, because of this sport I have become a more athletic person. I run 3 miles a day, and this sport has also helped me devolop great mathematical skills, such as calculating how far or short my paintball will reach across the feild. I have also learned alot about nitrogen and compressed air and how to compress it, weigh it properly, and also learned about psi and such. Because of paintball I also understand physics much more than I did. This sport has helped me, i dont want to go out and kill someone because of the idiots, who are outcasts and dont even try to make friends turn away and get revenge on people by shooting them with weapons. You proboly believe that paintball guns were devolped for some military tatic training, but they were originally made for marking cows, and trees. But since you media F*cks are too busy making up stories, on how this sport compells you to kill people and want to join the military, but your wrong all you do is make parents aware of it, and give them the wrong friggin impression on how this sport is "dangerous" even though it has the lowest injury rate more less than bowling. How much safer could you get. All im saying here is, instead of making up stuff, research your topic and then write info but as for now, never ever say anything about this great sport beacause in that article this is all you said, YOU KNOW NOTHING.

Liberals vs right wing militant republicans

First of all, there is no way you can deny that paintball does not have any association with military combat. But paintball does not teach violence. (Notice I said DOES NOT). For a rare few of us, paintball is just a game. For the rest of you, it's a chance to go out on to a 100 acre field, dress up in camo and face paint.

Second, a true liberal does not believe or see a need for censorship. A republican frequently believes that censorship is a decent thing.

Liberals - free speech, pro-drug, pro-choice, non-violence, etc., etc.

conservatives - censorship, illegalize drugs, no abortions for anyone, and believe that some violence is tolerable (such as executing criminals or beating your spouse).

Keep in mind, that republicans are often the people who preach on and on about "traditional family values" and about how said "values" are being destroyed by pornography and abortions. A right winger tends to want to CENSOR pornography. These same people also feel a need to stress church values - meaning they won't be happy until church and state are mixed and everyone goes to church on sunday.

Prayer in school - actually, this may be the one right wing idea I believe in. It's about time we get back to some satan worshipping.... (sarcasm [about prayer in schools] for those of you who are incapable of picking up on such a thing). To sum this paragraph up, prayer in school is a bad idea in my opinion.

It seems that most people here are anti-liberal, yet they don't quite know what they are talking about.

"My 'American' (amerikkka) flag is orange, yellow, and green - because I pissed all over it!" - me, and I'm proud to be a ****ing liberal.

Oops, I forgot to post this part

By the way, would YOU want to live 500 feet from a paintball field when you have no interest in paintball? Probably not, yet that's what these people are facing.

the point

My point, hothead, is that some people consider the rat-atat-tat of paintball markers sounding out to be a public nuisance. Not everyone is like you, and that's probably a good thing.

Assimilation does suck after all.

By the way, would you like to live right next to an active train track?

I agree with you 100% that some people would not want to live next to a paintball field for obvious reasons. HOWEVER, this is not what the article discussed. It talked about how parents did not want a paintball field in the area because it was a mock killing field. This is the sort of crap that all politicians, not just liberals, pull. They say one thing but claim to mean another. If the problem was the noise from the field than that is what the article should have talked about, plain and simple.

Also, although I do not like liberal viewpoints, I am not a republican. I dislike republicans almost as much as liberals. To me, they are all pretty much the same as far as the way they go about doing things. So I say **** politicians in general!

I think the particular problem with this article is that it's using the negative view points of paintball against it for the purpose of removing the field BECAUSE people don't want the noise around their homes - to sum up what I said, the author is giving people more excuses to get rid of the field besides the noise factor.

As for politics - all I can say is that you are better off being involved than not, because you can change what you don't like when you're involved.
