Man the new impulses are incredible. The annodized ones are so sweet. They really spent some time on them, unlike when they first came out. The new ones optionally have the anti-chop eye. We can't get them in the store fast enough. We should have some pictures up on the site on Friday. You can still order them, just no pics yet. Right now the site is listing the black ones with anti-chop eye. We should be adding the colored ones with the eye by Friday.

The eye helps but is not needed. The impulse almost never chops paint. I can't say much for the bushy.

I'm looking into buying me a backup gun for my LCD. And, I'm pretty much deciding between an Impulse or a Bushy. The price really isn't a consideration, because I have enough for a 2nd LCD...but it makes no sense IMO to have 2 of the same guns.

My father owns a Bushy, and I'm very impressed with it (except for the trigger). It's a stock gen1, with LPR, Gladiator and a Freak. It just feels better than the Angel to me...and I can shoot it a LOT faster than the Angel.

No one in my area or that plays at the local field owns an Impulse, so I can't try one out. So, I'd just like to know a few reasons why you're reccomending it over the BM2K.

Also, does the Imp suck gas like a Shocker (which forces you to use CO2 if you shoots lots of paint per game), or is it efficient enough to get ~1000 shots off an 88 3k?

..my 02. The one thing that does need "out of the box improvemnt on an Imp, is the trigger. A Wermstick or Eclipse blade will take care of that concern. A basic Imp is very "kind" on chopping. My biggest problem there, is I out shoot my Revy. And last but not least, an Imp is a miser compared to a Shocker when it comes to gas/hpa consumption.
Hope this helps.(If you are close to me,check mine anytime)
