Quik, my brother had one of those Cobras before it was stolen from his car. It was a pretty good Radar detector for only $100.

If I were you, I would stick with proven brands such as Beltronics, Whistler, Passport, and Valentine.

P.S. Check out www.radartest.com They test a wide variety of radar detectors.

That is one comparison where they used a bunch of detectors from 2003. The models (if updated) should have about the same name; so, just look for those.
