Excal feed tubes?

Do they use the same threading as Angel feed tubes?

I know a guy (name withheld for a reason) had his angel neck partially stripped. I forget what big game it was at but someone jumped into a bunker too close to him and hit his hopper and neck with his whole body. Anyone have close ups of the excal threads? Also, what grade aluminum do they make their bodies and necks out of?

I would rather take my chances and have the option of dozens of feed tubes available.

The tube on my Excal is a bit too big, if it took angel threads then I could buy a Twister adapter for it. Oh well, have to get the CP spacer.
