Raising a Tacoma

2003 Toyota Tacoma. 2x4. Raise it a few inches I guess. My dads renter has a 4x4 and raised it 4 inches and said it was 800. But then he said it ****ed up the bearings and cost a lot of money to fix, and he said only to raise it 2 inches. This is the TRD Tacoma so its already fairly high, and has 31's on it I think stock.

I've been spending a lot of time there reading up on lifting my tacoma also. I would suggest some coilovers up front to even out the front end.

Why would he hate a lifted truck?

Only you are cool enough to slam a truck...
