the throttle is dissapointing, even though this is the wrong forum, il still answer your question.
in a test done by PGI, the throttle did horribly, tieing its self with an ACI bulldog3. save up a few more bux, and grab a crossfire or a PMI tank, they are better all around. Higher recharge and higher flow.

I run a throttle on my dm4, and I haven't had a single problem with it...no shoot down...as soon as it starts sucking like everybody SWEARS on their grandma's grave that it does...I'll get a crossfire...until then...it looks pretty damn good on that gun...lol..

I will second the excellent review from SUBL1M3. I have never experienced any drop off with mine, and it looks really good on the gun too.

lol...it wasn't even a reaction to you really...more of a reaction to the people at the field I play at...always asking why I bought that tank...of course they never ask after I shoot them lol

I would not have a Dye regged tank if you gave it to me. I stood there first hand at the Chicago PSP, talkin with Flops (Trauma tech) and on the table were all the trauma guns and tanks. 3/4 of the Dye regged tanks had stripped threads and so forth. Best reg I have seen and I personally use is the Crossfire LP.

So if dye walked up to you and said you can have a full sponsorship but you have to shoot a throttle you'd turn them down? somehow I doubt that...but hey...whatever you say

I own 2 Dye throttles and have never had a problem with them. I've used them on my DM4, Alias, Strange and cocker. Absolutely no shootdown. But as mention before the threads on the reg are too soft. They will strip easily if not carefully threaded. Other than that I love my tanks.
