ITT: Rebel Saves Money

Meh, I figured I wouldn't skimp out on a lift and do it with a kit with most of the right stuff. The kit is only $750, not that bad.

Only thing that sucks is that I think my dad already ordered 31x10.50"s when with the lift I can easily clear 33x12.50"s.....

Here's the pics that inspired me.......

You have a big *** Ford, you can hardly take that on any trails and it's heavy. Import trucks and Jeeps are where it's at in offroading.

If I can convince myself and dad, I could put a 2" body lift and be clearing 35x14.50"s

True Rebel. Reason I built my truck the way it is is for pits, and open areas. I got a quad for trails, that will beat any truck until you get into deep ruts.

I'm more of a mudder myself too, it's just 75% of the trails to get to the pits aren't the easiest to fit a full size truck in.

Oh out here we have a place next to the river. You go through the parking lot, down a small dirt ramp and your in a park, with a big *** mud pit, and people try to take there trucks across the river all the time. Some hummer got stuck trying to cross it. It also has a wide trails, with some big *** ruts, and a place that has small trails with some jumps where people take quads to. Hm I will try to find a video of my friends minivan getting stuck in a mud pit there.

Damn, I forgot how expensive IFS lifts are.

I'm going for the 6" "System" which includes new rear leafs.
