Throttle Body Spacers

Has anyone ever experimented around with one, and do they give reasonable gains in HP? I don't get quiet how they work, can anyone tell me?

It wasn't a popular mod at JeepsUnlimited. A few guys put them in 4.0L Cherokees/Grand Cherokees and saw no difference.

putting it on a 460 F250, also some Toyota site had people using them. I wonder if its due to a smaller sized engine? I would experiment but that is a $100 product. Seems pretty simple to install though.

Uh........I doubt it.

I'm going to go out and buy one just to back up that they don't work unless it is on a high CFM carb on a good intake manifold.

that is a popular mod on the tbi cars i guess.....i think its to give the fuel fix more time to atomize with the air?..if you look on 3rdgen.org they have some tech articles that talk about adding a spacer and other mos you could look into to get alittle more out of that motor
