No. Cerwin Vega has made some nice subwoofers. I would, however, use something other than the Sony amplifier.

Well were not done were still working on it the one amp is going bad so were testing it out and i think some of the audiobahn cross overs are wired wrong so the sub doest work.

The rust is not anymore than you'd expect on components like that. There is a lot of street racing in Tampa, don't get caught up in that, Florida lawmakers are bringing down the hammer pretty hard.
