Yes it does look fun, also looks like it should play pretty fast as well.

Love the layout!

Because the bunker kits lacks bunkers.

Even in this layout, they needed at least 2 more bunkers (between back centre and the forward can).

The only place there is anything creative on this layout is around the W. The dorito and snake side are awfully standard. I swear the second they took out snake side coaching was the second the snake became super lame in layouts.
Going to be another boring webcast to watch with people trying to pour bounce shots into the W.

Don't quite agree

Using the tall cakes and the dorito in the snake - and adding a gap - makes a difference.

I don't think the snake will play slow, especially if one team gets S corner and the other does not.

Doritos and snake look easy to get into. Should have some good battles on each side of the field.

I really like this and can't wait to see how it plays out. Dig that center area.

It's real hard to make the W hard to make. However, I honestly don't mind it. The X/A was weak for 15 years. I don't mind having a strong center for a couple years.

And as for turning it sideways, that's a hard layout to make fun. We did it here locally a couple times and it was just weird.

I would like to see more variety next year though. Fingers crossed.

i played one foxball layout (i think it was foxball anyway, i'll update if i can find it) that had a sideways W, really really really really weird at first, ended up being a blast once you got the hang of it.

i would love to see the return of some of the weird angled snakes that you saw in some of the PSP layouts (galveston '12 for example). OR see the return of the snake bunker that was an actual snake (ok i'll admit that's more for my entertainment then practicality's sake)

Just be prepared to bring a ton of paint; it looks like it would be a hard field to wrap up just seeing it on paper.

Super generic. Not impressed by any of the NXL's layouts since its beginning. Bring back the PSP style Texas layouts. WPBO's layouts are done on the fly and aren't made to best the player.

The use of a snake 50 dorito is way too overplayed and there's been cans in the middle of the field, tall cake for corner and tower for support for about 3 layouts in a row at least. I think they need to accept player submissions and explore options.

would it be totally wrong to bring back layouts from the past?
like some classics that worked well before, of course with the
current set of bunkers, which probably would make them play
slightly different. like say, minimum 3 years to repeat a layout.
would that be sooo bad?
