Do you think Paintballs used to be better? Win Valken's new paint just for posting!

Do you think paintballs used to be better?

Valken Does.

We believe in better paintballs. We believe in creating a better user experience. Paintballs like they did back in the day, should shoot straight, mark well, clean easily and break on target, not in your gun. Which is why we created Valken "New World" Paintballs and also made our most popular premium paintball "Graffiti" available in field protected colors and fills as well. We wanted to bring old school paintball quality back and give paintball parks everywhere the chance to offer the best user experience to their customers.

If you haven't had a chance to try our new line of paint, here is your opportunity.

Post below your favorite good paint story or best Valken experience and we will select 6 random winners over the next 3 weeks and send you a free case of our new paint to try out!

Valken graffiti was the best paint for practice! Always consistent! Glad to see some thought being put behind making better paint!

This was back in the day. I had a nasty impulse and the eye went down. I was using some terrible house paint that we had left over from an indoor field we were at, the day prior. That paint would not stop chopping. I remember my buddy had a case of chronic (the paint ?). I did not chop a ball of that stuff, even with the eye down.

When I was in the first year of starting to play paintball it was this League in San Diego. They taught us the basics and did a 3v3 tournament style game. The paint they had there was I believe mostly Valken paint so I went for graffiti. Best paint I ever shot (iv tried so many different brands of paint and so many were a disappointment) I used that for 2 weeks then decided to spend a little extra on the redemption and man was I amped! flew straight as can be and marked my targets bright blue haha Anyway since those days I always look for graffiti or redemption because I know it will be the most dependable.

Happy to see you guys making new and innovative paint! I look forward to shooting it!

I shot some Valken at a benefit game this weekend at Condor's Paintball in Kentucky.

It was below 40 degrees and snowed on the way there and I was convinced the day was going to be miserable. I shot an Inception Autococker and really thought I was going to break paint due to the cold. I didn't break a ball. That paint really saved the day for me. Thanks. Keep up the good work.

Has to be using a tipman with the flat line barrel and rt trigger. That thing could curve paintballs around corners and wouldt ake a beating. Hiding in a lagoon at my old field on d day and popping up on a group was the best reaction ever.

Shooting Graffiti at the last two Decay of Nations at SC Village. It was 100+ degrees, people where being carried off the field on stretchers due to heat exhaustion, and other paint was bouncing like crazy, or breaking in guns. Graffiti shot amazing all weekend though - helping my team Kamandag secure two team awards for the weekend!

When the paint companies start getting competitive the consumer wins.

I am not biased in any way. If it is good I will buy it and be thankful. Who's name is on the box never really mattered to me. The only thing that matters is what is in the box.

Grafitti consistent size during the day

Vary consistent size and dint swell during the day from cold morning to 80 deg. afternoon. No need to swap barrels.

CXBL Border Battle 2k16 at Siloki Center. Pouring Rain. Valken Reddmption Pro paintballs shot nothing but gold. Not a single break in the markers, loaders, only on our targets. That's quality. Will be using this paint this season again! GI couldn't hold up in the rain. Why we won all our matches. Thanks Valken!

I don't have any old paint stories but last weekend at a tournament it was 18 degrees when we started playing and New World was the 'cheap stuff'. We ended up buying the cheaper stuff since it was so in the cold and the paint was shooting amazing. This was my first time using New World and was pleasantly surprised how well it was shooting.

Back when I was playing at Dosser Works in Atlanta, I used to shoot Valken Redemption and I absolutely loved it. I was shooting an 09 Alien Independence and never broke a ball, with straight shots.

Flash forward to today, and I'm in Kansas stuck with 3-Star that is completely inconsistent from batch to batch. The LVR and the 160r have been good about not breaking the balls prematurely, but man you get a bad palette of 3-star or 4-star and those balls fly as consistently as Revoltuionary War musket balls.

At the first MSXL event in Louisville last year we shot Redemption Pro. It was the only paint available that wasn't breaking inside of guns. It made a huge difference because while other teams were worrying about if their paint was any good we were able to strategize.

I used GI 2-star and 3-star to practice with, it's overpriced and consistently bad. Oily, dimples, doesn't break when it should (on people) and breaks when it shouldn't (in my gun). My favorite Valken experience? Shooting Redemption at the first tournament of the season and finding out my gun actually shoots amazing and it's the GI garbage that was causing velocity spikes and barrel breaks.

I bought a case of Valken Redemption early summer of 2015 and shot it in my pump for over a year until I finally got through it. It shot straight until the final ball.

If a field has multiple manufacturers to choose from, I always go with Valken. Graffiti is one of my favorite makes for woodsball.

Was playing a scenario game a few years back. Shot out some guy before he saw me. Rather than going out, the idiot blatantly wiped, tucked back in behind a tree, and proceeded to start snap shooting at me. When I called him on it, he decided to flip me off from behind the tree. A well placed shot landed on his hand, and the best part was he wasn't wearing gloves.

I remember back in 06 Walmart Monsterball. That stuff was great. I remember that stuff never broke in my tippmann A5. You could shoot through bushes and small trees while playing renegade ball.

Nobody ever wiped that stuff, the pain convinced them to call themselves out.

My best Valken experience was cup 2015. The Redemption pro shot amazing that event.

Best paint experience ever was probably the gloss black ultra evil that used to come in Badlandz boxes. Was almost unfair shooting lanes that people couldn't even see at 15 bps

My favorite paint off all time was Nelson Anarchy. Amazing shell, thick hard to wipe fills, and vibrant colors. Would love to see that stuff again.
