Most of your questions can be answered by taking a look at AKA's website. http://www.akalmp.com or go straight there http://www.akalmp.com/akalmp/page/excalibur.htm

In a nutshell it uses 'Cocker barrels, you adjust the velocity on the bottom of the Sidewinder, it's very efficient, shoots flat fast and accurate, is low pressure, very well balanced and has probably the best trigger I've shot.
Check out the other threads for more info.

Yeah pretty much that's it. Although the Javelin is a very nice barrel. Since it's closed bolt you need to have multiple barrel to match the paint to the barrel. You would also need a drop you like, a 12v rev and a nitro tank.

Not in the least. It's milled aluminum. The anodizing gives it a matte finish in the pictures. It's very sturdy and responsive.

Smile

The triggers are anodized to make them even tougher so they don't wear. They also have some that are chrome or Nickel (can't remember which), so they are made to last.
