I just got off the phone with Darrell from SP and he guaranteed me that the Nerve will be coming out to the public BEFORE the end of July.

The entire package will run around $1200. Darrell stated that he shot the Nerve this last weekend and the bugs appear to be gone and SP is ready for production.

He explained that the Nerve is a lot like the Shocker, especially in price point since the Ultimate Vision is around $1250 for the entire setup.

I guess we will wait and see. Its nice to finally have some REAL facts.

Now that begs the question to me as to what the nerve is. Is it any better than the shocker? If it's basically the same gun, then why bother even making it? I have heard rumors that it will be their top of the line gun, some that it is their replacement for the impy, but this is odd that a person from smart parts would say that it is a lot like the shocker, including price.

I asked the same question. If the Nerve is the "High-End" SP marker then why is it less than the Shocker? $1200 for Max-Flo, Marker, Freak Barrel and Insert.

I am going to place my bets that the Shocker is going to be the Premiere marker. the Nerve the middle followed by the Impulse.

well that sucks. i've been waiting for months just so i could buy the nerve. I thought it would be nicer than the shocker. oh well. I think you may be right.

I hope not. I love the look of the Nerve. If this is true, it will be a huge disappointment.
