Question Everyones thought on the Zeus

I've been thinking about buying a Zeus from Armotech, but I have heard both good things and bad things about the gun. Some of it may be true but it also could be just talk. Im looking for a gun that I can go out and horse around with, and one that won't break on me all the time. I am not a tournament player, just a small town player. So I'm not in the market for a "Bob Long". I would really appreciate it if everyone that has one would share their opinion about the gun.

The Zeus is an excellent side arm or main paintball gun. Its accurate up to about 80 feet and you should get 15-22 shots per 12gram. All Armotech products come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Not much can go wrong with the Zeus. You have one o-ring on the striker, a couple on the valve, and a cup seal. These are all easily fixed.

The Zeus shoots as hard as a standard paintball gun. If you are into adding accessories you will want a G2, if not a G1 will do you fine.

Both models will take hopper adapators, bottomlines, extra magazines, flashlights, or laser sights.

Excellent

The Zeus G1 is an excellent marker. The only problem I've had is it shooting too hot. Had to replace the main spring; simply done with a Spyder one. Only holds 10 paintballs at a so that might be a problem for you hosers out there with no restraint. I get 22-ish shots per 12 gram in 80* weather shooting at 300fps with Marb's

I have a punisher, a Zeus look alike.

really happy with it! holster it and run down the wire, dive and bellyslide past the 50, put it out and get 4 - 5 elimnations before i'm out... man thats fun!

I have to recommend one for the most fun youve ever had in the first 60 sec. of a game.

best 69.99 i ever spent in the game.

The Zeus is prone to cup seal and cartridge seal leaks. Make sure you get extras.

I have a G1 and G2. They are pretty simpler markers. If you dont mind oiling and cleaning your gun after every use (which is good practice with any gun) then the Zeus is fine. If you dont like lubing it or changing a cup seal here and there then you may not like the gun.

They are m4, mp5 and m16 look alikes.

I won't waste my breath debating this DEAD issue. Lets keep it on the topic of giving our opinions on the Zeus, which doesn't look like a real gun.

ya really they don't look like ak-47s wich proves this guy doesn't know what hes talking about

i don't personnaly own a zeus but i played with one a couple times and they are great.. the only thing is that i wouldnt use it as my main everyday marker since you only have ten shots before reload and the small co2 cartridges.. but great marker otherwise

what would u say would be the better buy, the Zeus or the Zeus G2?

... it would be used strictly as a side arm,... maybe some additional features, but it wouldnt be completely decked out.

The Zeus G1 is better than the G2( if you're buying a Zeus)
Everyone here telling you these are great sell them; so you're not getting the full story.
Go here to see the comments(mostly complaints) on the Zeus. This is their own forum, too

You are better off sticking with a g1.
