# of upper division players allowed?
What is the # of pro/am players allowed on a D2 roster? And do the NXL players have a status... i.e. if a player quits or was cut from an NXL roster what is his status (pro?)

D2 teams are allowed 3 pro/am players. As for the status of former NXL players, I would assume that they are considered pro/am as well, but I'm not too sure on that one...

I'm just curious about the NXL players b/c the NXL is considered completely seperate from the league. Someone told me they actually had no ranking what so ever.

I know they are considered separate leagues, but I cant see the PSP allowing former NXL players to play D3 either- I'm also curious what the ruling on this would be on this...

you might want to consider which of those players were considered staff.
You're only going to get harassed about your roster when you get 1st or 2nd place.

Actually none of those players were staff, or they'd be listed as such. But actually there's an anomally w/ their roster... I posted on it in Bunker's thread about Fury's roster.

Now how is that fare you will only get harassed about your team if you get first or second mmm I think something is wrong with that!!! I thought that was the propose of the $35 ID tag that I bought to keep sandbagger out of the other ranks. But I think it was to only line the deep fat pockets some people have. I mean do the math how many players got the $35 a lot mmmm If they are not going to do anything with the ID’s then I want my 35 bucks back. They (FURY) may have not done very good but what about the next event. Say they get 1st then look in to the team and decided it was a stacked team. So they take the 1st place from them give the 2nd 1st and so on. How is that fare to the teams that they beat in the prelims?? Mmmmmm sure would be nice if Lane would get on here and explain but that is not going to happen now is it.

Lane is probably busy organizing things for the set up of Orlando. raehl on the other hand has has lots of free time. give him a call or email him. posting your rant on here over and over again doesn't really do much but make people wonder why you are so concerned with this team who finished in the middle of the pack.

The list your looking at doesn't differentiate between staff and players and two of the Pro/Am players were in fact staff.

The list does, indeed, differentiate between staff and players, although it's possible that staff changes made at the event (Staff added) are not reflected in the rosters.

The # of players is 3 pro/am's in D2, the NXL players are classified as pro (duh). Rosie answered it for me the other day.

Steve
3 Nov's per Rook/DIII roster and 3 Proams per Nov, DII roster. You could also have 1 Proam, but no novs, on a Rook/DIII roster.
That's been answered several times. Things like the Fury question are things you should ask PSP about, in this case likely Rosie.
