old STBB question

I know that this isn't a spyder product, but they're all basically the same thing.

I came across this purple beauty and discovered that it works, but is missing the velocity adjustment screw. Would I be able to go to a hardware store and buy a set screw, or do I need something with an oring on it?

If anyone knows what this is, please let me know. All the jewels have fallen off and there are no other markings on it.

That color looks hot It looks like an old school rebel. Not sure of the make, but definitely a rebel.

It doesn't "have to" have an o-ring on the screw but it would allow for finer adjustments per-say without it moving while firing. I have a couple of velocity adjustment screws with and o-rings. I can send one to you if you're interested?

If you're offering to send me one, that would be fantastic. Otherwise, I'll head to my local hardware store. You wouldn't happen to know the thread size that I need, would you? I found an old piranha that was trashed, but it doesn't use the same threads for the adjuster.

I suspected that it was 32 degrees based on the milling for jewels. Thanks for confirming that for me. I'm amazed how crisp the trigger is on this. It completely blew me away.

Def a 32 * rebel. They used a lot of the same screws threading as spyder which is metric. My 32* pt extreme uses same thread frame screws, striker, and bumper as my 2k era spyders. The velocity adjuster should be comparable as well. Is you have any old spyder parts you could try a swap.
