Whenever I play woodsball i use one. Otherwise i use my impulse or phantom.
So in other words they are very nice for the woods... but on a small field or for speedball a flatline is not the best choice allthough it is still useable on a smaller field.

It's fun to find people who think they can outshoot my e98 with my flatline on it. I can't help but laugh.

The RT is pretty sweet too Meph. That and it's pretty nice when they can't even bounce a ball to you and your pelting them. I find if I use my flatline on a speedball field I tend to stay back since it's long and I don't really need to move up because of range.
By the way the flatline really isn't that long it's only 14". It's the flatline + the length of the 98 that is too long.

please resize your images..ive resized the image but in the future please do it before you attach or link the image.. it makes browsing the boards difficult for those on dialups. not to mention having to use the scroll just makes it harder for us to enjoy the picture of your gun.
thank you

Hey don't get me wrong I love the 98 and will never sell mine. But isn't that rig nearing 3 feet long? I'd have to have a drop forward on it. It's all personal preference when you get down to it. Some people might think my set up is ugly and uncomfortable but I love it.

Thanks! It's a Psycho Ballistics Universal Drop Forward, about 20 bucks at CountyPaintball.com. Balances perfectly with the 20oz. CO2, and I think it looks cool.

Sorry about that man. I was posting from work, where I have to use a Windows machine that doesn't have Photoshop, as apposed to my Mac at home WITH Photoshop. MSPaint wouldn't resize it for some reason. Next time I'll just wait to post. Hopefully the second pic was better?

How stable are those new drops? I'm kinda interested in getting one since it has the ASA with it. I'm also waiting to see if Eric will bring out an on/off asa option.

It is very stable, very sturdy. Makes the gun take on a whole different personality. I highly recommend. It moves the tank farther forward than any other I could find.

Well, I'm 6'1", 255, and I'm probably a little big for some people's taste as well. But as long as the ladies think my gun and I are sexy, I'll be alright.
