You can get replacement magnets from BLAST. From memory, they are just glued in, so use some heat on the magnet to soften the glue, then use something to pop the magnet off. Clean the area, and glue the new magnet onto it - making sure you have it the right way around. Leave it 24hrs to cure and whammo.
