I hope they are writing these comments down. But in my honest opinion, it seems their R&D department failed to research the decreasing paint sizes. Or they started this process a couple years ago when paint was larger. Alternately, other areas/regions/brands may till have larger paint sizes and I just can't find them or they aren't available where I play... I'm sure they will come out with smaller bore sizes soon to meet the demand of customers.

They thought it was strange when I said I use a 679. I'm sure with the reaction of this thread, smaller sizes are coming.

We are watching the thread and I'm glad a lot of players are commenting on the barrels. Player feedback is very important and I would definitely agree with the posts on smaller bore sizes.

The barrels are available right now. You may order them by contacting us. Also, many dealers have ordered a set of barrels. Keep a close eye on your chosen dealers as a batch of barrels were shipped this week.

Sincerely,
Ed

need freak bore im contemplating boring my lucky kit because the smallest bore is .683 and paint is getting so small that even that isn't small enough where as 5 years ago it was a bore I ordered just because they sold it. I never used it at all and this past year its all ive been using

It's good to see azodin joining the bored barrel world, but I feel like there all the same. Just my opinion......

I live in the NorthEast and those bores are fine. The GI and Empire custom blends and the Valken paint barely roll through my 685. 689 is a fit for the paint

The thing is that these are carbon fiber and cheap. I ordered a one piece for one of my guns today that I can't wait to get, but you can get a carbon fiber tip for whatever Azodin back you want or vice versa. You can't even do that with the UL, and even if you want the CF back you pay a ridiculous price for the black, don't even think about the white.

My ONLY gripe (aside from lack of sizes) about these Azodin barrels is that they don't have white available. If they did I'd have gotten a black back and white tip.

In Michigan if I use a .684 paint won't pass the blow test.

In a .691 I don't even get rollout, so those bores would work fine for me.

I'm in Long Island New York and we have three paintball destinations Island Paintball Arena, High Velocity Paintball and Coisins Paintball. They use .679, .684 and .687 respectively. For the most part we haven't made a full transition to the smaller paint yet so the .687 is actually a good size for me.

This is the lightest two liece barrel that I've ever owned. Great work azodin.

Yes I'd have to agree, white would be killer,
I'd for sure would get a white one, no doubt

You will not have any problems with fibers tearing or chipping of on a swab. The inside is aluminum wrapped in carbon fiber.

Honestly, this hasn't been an issue since the super early Stiffi barrels or individually ****ed up runs.

It's an issue with the Carbon Fiber Axe barrel tips, mine has 3 or 4 shards missing and I have read it happens pretty often.

This is the first I've heard of it and I remember all of the threads that popped up (like with any CF barrel) of questions on the barrel tip with swabs and apparently it wasn't an issue with the Vanquish or Superfreak kits. Maybe just runs with the SE Axes?

This is one on PBN, I have also read it on other forums. You were lucky I suppose if it hasn't yet happened to you.
