I'm thinking about going on an ironing uniform strike. I don't think he knows how to put military creases into his uniforms anymore.

Elmer's Glue and startch it stays for weeks even through washing! Don't you have a cheap charlie's outside of the base?

Elmers Glue doesn't dry well on utilities.. its gets all crusty and funky looking.

yeah, it works on BDUs and I've used it for that, but on the stupid light blue shirts and looks like dandruff or something funky. The blue gets darker on the crease.

I hated ironing BDUs, hell in Koreak we could pay 6 bucks a month and let hour barracks boy do all the work. Uniforms, boots, make your bunk. It was great.

We don't live near the base, but no, not near this base anyway. Its weird the way this place is set up. The commissary and NEX are in a different city than the base with BOQ. They clearly didn't think this out when they decided to park a carrier here.
