I believe it is still statutory rape if one of teh people is an adult (I am no lawyer so don't quote me.) But teh age of consent is between two consenting minors if I am not mistaken.

The consent laws need to be reworked so it goes something like this:

14 year olds can have a sexual partner up to the age of X

15 year olds can have a ditto ditto ditto

until 18 or 19.

I would have to say 16 should be the age of consent for people to "bang" and be "banged" by someone over 18 engaging intercourse, here in Canada its 14 I think?

When you're 16 you have better judgement than at 14, at 14, its the one who can bag the most, well as i remember it. At 16, you have been phsically developed at you're near peak, if you get what I'm sayin

(16 is also the age of phsyical maturity for women, this is when it all stops changing for girls, and they become fully indepedant women) and at 16, you have fully understood, I hope the reprocussions of sex, and tjhe risks etc. so ye 16 is the consent thinger for me.
