6'9" 310 here. Just play behind your gun. Use your height, dropping paint into S1 from home is clutch. You will get shot out sometimes because you are easier to pinch than smaller guys. Learn to read layouts and know what bunkers give you dominance without exposing you to easy shots.

I am 6'3 390.. if I can play with the tourney players and do well.. so can you. Attitude is the key thing here, don't let yourself get down and do your best.

I'm 6'2 285 lbs. Just started playing again after 20 years. My Kids showed an interest, and now they are my team. I slide, dive, crawl. Not as fast as I was. I'm 40, but the young boys at my local field call me OG Triple OG!! I still get it in!!! As long as your minds young, your body's young!!! Stay shooting my friend

Yeah, so, 6', got back into paintball after <cough cough a couple of decades cough cough> as both being fun and a way to lose weight.

I was 346 lbs.

Here we are, 1.5 years later, and I'm at 250. I still have a ways to go...but I'm also way better than I was. It was *fun* to say things like "why is the fat guy the only one up at the 50?" and use words like "sprint" and "run" again. I hadn't used those words since high school.
You gas up the marker, put on the mask, and walk onto the field. It doesn't matter that you failed a test, your girlfriend broke up with you the night before, or that you just had a bad day at work. This is your heaven on earth. Live it and play it as if there was no tomorrow.
