EigenBarrel vs Shaft 4 vs Critical Barrel

I want to know which barrel gives you the quietest shot, best honing, and which ones you guys prefer and why you prefer them. thank you!

I have a v3 2 piece eigen barrel and a shaft4 that I have never used that came with one of my guns

I say just go with the lurker 2 piece. It's very nice

Eigenbarrel has the longest control bore, good honing, lots of porting area, highest theoretical efficiency (meaning lowest theoretical operating pressure), and is also the cheapest. I think that makes it a no-brainer.

Almost all barrels these days are fine. In all honesty, the most important thing with a barrel is that it gives you a natural aiming point.

^^ What he said.

I love my dye ul. I only purchased a smaller bore because of paint size at tournaments. So I got a .684 ul but I do have a shaft 4 boost kit just sitting here as well..... Might use it at a later time

My Shaft 4 on my Geo 2 works fine lol. I find myself in snake quite often, so a quiet and accurate barrel helps a lot. I find the stock Shaft 4 to be a great shooter and ask almost everyone I shoot out, as well as my teammates who are close by me, and they claim to not hear me over other noise on the field. Maybe they're saying that because they are too zoned-in and drown out other noise. I think it's pretty quiet, beautiful "mirror" honing, and has a good control bore. I've had no issues with it thus far.

Here is a link or a review that Xluben did on the Lurker 2 piece barrel. There is also plenty of comparison data to the stock Shaft 4.

The lurker v3 barrel will be the quietest of all given the massive amount of porting and the long control bore gives very good efficieny. Its also the cheapest. Go for it!
