There has been some talk that the Cyborg's eyes may be affected by bright sunlight. I personally haven't experienced this issue, which sometimes occurs on markers with a similar break-beam eyes setup.
Someone on this forum mentioned something in some thread (really specific huh?
) about coating the back of the sensors to help keep out the light... I happened to have some black "Plasti-Dip" in the garage, which is used to coat tool handles and can be found in any home improvement store. Its the rubber-like material found on the grips of pliers and the like. I dabbed a very small amount on the back portion of the eyes and allowed it to dry. After re-installing, it looks like no light can affect the eyes from cover-side any longer! Pretty cool stuff. The "dip" can also be scrapped away if ever needed in the future and it is easy to work with. One can of this stuff could coat 10,000 eyes... all for only a few bucks. I'll try to post pics of the finished product.
Let me know what you think.
