My bro is coming to LA with me and we want him to work the pit crew...do I have to sign him up for the player id system or can we just sign him up at LA?

Pit crew and any player who is not playing that you want to have in the staging tent need to be:

1. In the ID system
2. Have a PSP photo ID, $20 if you buy it online and $30 if you buy it at the event
3. on your roster as "Staff"

So, do everything online will cost him $20.

Add him at the event:
$30 for an ID + $10 fee for an at event change = $40

I would say do everything online.

Here's the way it'll work.

Staff members can either do the whole process the same way a player would (get an ID number, get listed on the roster in advance (as staff so it doesn't count against your eligibility), and pay for the Player ID card that's good for the season),

*OR*

they can show up, pay $10 to get a Staff ID card good for that event only, and sign the waiver.

If you need to get into the 5/10-man staging area or onto a 5/10-man or X Ball field, you will need a photo ID card, whether it be a player or a staff one.
