What do you guys recommend for a new team getting off the ground?

Suggestions on Practice routines and formations?

Also what are good begginer/Rookie Tourneys to enter on the west coast to get recognized?

best in the west, caljam, pan am affiliates, bears cup, tropical illusion......

there are lots of tourneys at so cal but these ones are mostly at tombstone and sc village.
