I was wanting to know if you have to be there in person to pick up your ID? on wed or can you do it on thur?

As far as ID goes, you are required to be there in person with government approved photo ID. This includes:

passport
drivers license
student ID with birthdate

if you are a MINOR( under 18 or don't have drivers license):
birth certificate is ok
birth certificate + some photo ID is better
passport is best

If you ordered your ID online and paid for it, then it should be available from Wed morning on.
