ASM renewal

My Annual supporter membership just expired, so my Paypal was charged the renewal fee, however seems as though my ASM badge and all my perks are gone???? Why did I pay for it if im not getting it. Lol can someone please help me.

Need help

My buddy username:"garrett.ward" is having issues with his account...goes to a "do not have permission" page when he searches or attempts to go too messages or other forums. Can anyone fix this?

This problem has yet to be solved. He can not go to any forum or messages without a "do not have permission" page coming up...please fix this.

I fixed it last night for you before I went to bed when I saw it was still busted. I am very sorry about that. We have some new techs and one of them must have thought that the way to fix your ASM was to change your usergroup.

They'll get better, I promise!

No, his account didn't look fine. I am so sorry. One of our new techs must have tried to add ASM by adjusting his usergroup (that's not how it's done on PbNation). I fixed it.

Odd. It looks like someone manually changed his primary usergroup again. I fixed it again and I'll remind VS that's not how we assign ASM. Sorry about that.
