all the internals same ok, no orings broken, my spire is at its lightest setting, and the paint shot fine in my other gun
any ideas?, it was unusable
There are two main reasons for ball break in our system:
This does often more for some of players when they have bigger paint.
Check if the paint break at the tip of the barrel and only slight paint break on the tip of the bolt then it is barrel break.
Somtimes barrel break will also happen if there are irregular paints.
The stock barrel for KDII is .689 bore.
Put the paints you use through the barrel you are using and see if the paints comeout easily. If the paint stuck in the barrel it means the size of the paint is too big for the barrel.
When you took out the bolt you see paint breaks on the tip of the bolt as well as chamber of the marker then its Chopping problem.
Try increase the feed rate of your loader.
Try use harder paint.
Check the bolt from the feedneck to see if the bolt sticks out from the feedneck when the bolt is in the cocked position.
If it does, please take a picture and send to firstname.lastname@example.org
for replacement we may accidentally put the e-marker bolt instead of mechanical bolt.

if above info doesn't solve the problem for you.
