If you havent bought any of these things yet I wouldnt recommend spending your money on them. Use your cash for a high end mask and paint to play with.

Other then the tippmann, what other gear do you have? Mask? Tank? Make sure you have a quality mask with a thermal lens cause you can't see anything through a fogged up lens..also, if you aren't already, you should be using HPA tanks, not Co2.

You might want to get a nice barrel kit or a tighter bore barrel that is like .684 instead of the long "sniper" barrel that will be a little awkward and unwieldy on the field.
Also a scope will be difficult to shoot with so if you spend that money on practice paint and get good at shooting "instinctively" by looking down the barrel with both eyes open you will hit a lot more of the other team and have more fun too!

Airing what other people are saying, I think your priorities should be this order 1.) high quality thermal mask 2.) barrel (J&J ceramics is a great deal). Other things like the stock and scope would probably be a waste of money as you'll discover yourself desiring to upgrade beyond a tippman 98 IMO.

As far as the length I would go with around a 12 or 14 inch barrel, any longer will not result in much if any gain in accuracy. In addition, I have used a 16" barrel and it is a pain to maneuver around cover. Just my opinion though I am sure others may think differently.
Also if accuracy is a concern definitely look into a Smart Parts barrel kit or something similar.

12" - 14" barrel is most you ever need.
Stock? If you are not running a remote like, it is useless.
Scope? Not needed in paintball. Quite useless in paintball. It might help with first few shots, but you have a TIPPMANN, you lose the surprise attacks once you start shooting. Tippmanns arent quiet.

Purchase a barrel, save money for paint. Don't spend any more of upgrades for it.
