Are there still Flatline tanks out there?

Its been years since I have seen an AGD Flatline system on the forums. I have always wanted to get my hands on one. Is it the lack of parts? Did AGD red locktite the bottles to the reg and therefore after 15 years the tank is condemned along with the reg? I know adjustable regs are not a necessity much anymore. But I am getting back into old school mechanical markers and the ability to fine tune as well as the Flatline did is a powerful asset. So shout out to Flatline owners!

They may be out there but they're more then likely just collectors pieces at this point. I've never seen one or honestly heard of one until now.
More then likely they went the way of the Max-flo and Dynaflow regs. Too heavy, bulky, and potentially complicated to survive against the new screw in regs. Could you find one? I'm sure if you looked hard enough. Would it work? That may be another issue entirely as I'm sure if you did find one you would have to find more to cannibalis parts like the Max-flo users do.

Since you have never seen one to say they are bulky would be incorrect, they are one of the few that are streamlined into the regulator slightly larger than the old Nitro Duck adjustable regs, but far more accurate and consistent. Also I believe the first adjustable reg.

What you have there is the 3000 psi model, I have not seen one of these in a decade. A year or so after production of these Tom Kaye made a 4500 psi model, it was sexy looking, the concept remained the same however.

They made 3000 and 4500 psi models side by side for a while.

The regulators are still top notch and serviceable. Most of the original tanks will be coming close to the end of their lifespan but I see people using flatline regs here and there still.

The only thing that really started to cause people to put their flatlines and other adjustable regs away is ninja started to offer the SHP output presets which worked well for RT guns and were cheaper and available brand new.

But they are still out there!

Im sure they are out there, but rare. Better off using a new school tank.
