I can already tell you that wouldn't hold up long-term. I'm going to try nail polish or sharpy first.

It'll be a few months before we get into full production and get guns shipping.

The electronics are a few days away, then we'll have a gun we can start testing and tweaking. But I'm sure you guys know there is a lot involved to setting up an assembly line and getting guns shipped out the door.

Can you post a pic of the final anodized and assembled prototype marker? The bottom of the ASA looks kind of odd to me. I'm sure it'll look nice done.

Added a little style to the Res today. An AKA LPR cap on the Res LPR.

It's the little things that make the difference, kids.

And they really are. I had an SCM3 sitting in my 'cocker drawer' and as I was comparing them I thought it would be a cool little change. I prefer not having hand adjustability on the LPR, anyway. Set it and forget it.

For anyone interested, it appears sharpy is a good fix for the 'Axe whiteness' issue....and it matches really well. We'll see how it holds up on the field but none of it is coming off on my hand.

I think I'll pass on that solution. I hate mud with a passion.

I should show you pictures from about a month ago. Tons of melting snow and rain = massive amounts of standing water and mud at the field.

Gross. Here, we have a lot of clay. It is supper gummy and will clog cleats within 1 step.

Clay is a terrible, terrible thing. At least we don't have to deal with that.

Oddly, I have been exceptionally hard on elbow pads instead of pants. The rocky clay/ hard ground just kills elbow pads for some reason. Pants are typically a little tougher and last decent.

Oh man, I can imagine.

So, my ex-AKA co-worker is also an electrical guru and is gonna take care of Legend #1's solenoid wiring. I told him to go ahead and make any improvements to increase the resiliency of the harness while he's at it. Can't beat having solid friends, especially when it comes to stuff I'm just not good at and don't like to spend time with.
