try replacing orings on the hpr and lpr piston, rammer, and bolt

reset the board (again just to make sure)

you are using a name brand battery yes? energizer or duracell... walmart specials will cause all kinds of issues. also worth trying a different battery just incase the "new" one you put in was dead from the packet

Look at your HPR and LPR pistons to make sure the seats are in (plastic looking part pressed into the ends).

This is really weird and may or may not help but it can't hurt. My 08 Ego was leaking and brought it down to local shop. Got a call couple days later and they said the top screws are a different size than the bottom screws on the grips and if you tighten the top screws it can tap the noid. This is a long shot but like I said it can't hurt.

hmmm seems youve gone through everything

last resort before sending off to planet from me is to put a few drops of oil into the asa..
air up the gun and cycle it 20-30 times

then put it over the chrony.... every now and then this will work and i attribute it to a sticky solenoid etc

grip screws are all the same i have looked at the noid there is slight screw marks on it but nothing serious that would damage the noid.

Is the valve guide in the right way (not back to front)? Is the bolt in the right way (not upside down)? Sounds stupid but I dont mean it to be.... Also you should not be able to pull out the rubber seats in the pistons, they are glued in tight (or did I misread your post)
