Modifying anodized surfaces

The body on my marker is a deep gray/blue and I found a frame that is a tad lighter in tone but the color is very close. Is there a way to tint the anno on the frame to match the body? The body is a tad rough and a semi-gloss and the frame is smooth and gloss so I was hoping there was something out there that could stain it slightly and mabe even cause a hint of corrosion.

i have heard about people baking there guns in the oven at high temps to warp the color of the anno you could look into that

also if you do try it make sure to remove everything except the annoed parts. and cleean them really good even oil from your hands could effect how the color comes out

Please don't bake your gun.

But if you do post before and after pictures, to either show off, or be a learning experience.

I have never seen them turn out as expected.

Minis are pretty common to bake a different color, not sure about other markers.

I highly doubt baking your marker will help match the colors, will it alter the color? sure. People baked there markers to change a common color to make it more of a one off color.

I love Invert Mini's with a nice tall glass of milk before bed.
